Grilled Peach Crostini

1 baguette, sliced – approx. 1 to 1/1/2" rounds

3 peaches, sliced and pits removed

3 tbsp of extra virgin olive oil(any single varietal or if you want to add a little kick we suggest or Green Chili Baklouti)

1/4 lb. ricotta or goat cheese

1/4 cup fresh basil leaves chopped and diced

4 tbsp Two Hives Raw Honey

Optional - top with chopped marcona almonds or maple balsamic instead of honey

Drizzle one side of bread with olive oil and place oil side down for  1 to 2 minutes

Grill peaches for 1 to 2 minutes a side then remove

Combine cheese with basil in a bowl, then spread some on each baguette round, place grilled peaches on top, then drizzle honey and any optional ingredients!
