Laura Savage-Rains has been with Con’ Olio for almost 10 years and is a certified Olive Oil Sensory Expert. She received her certification from the UC Davis Olive Center in Davis, CA. She is a former professor and an award-winning author of two books in addition to having a passion for olive oil and balsamic vinegar and their health benefits. She is a native Texan who has traveled to more than 20 countries and has lived and taught in Romania. She and her husband, Mark, have lived in Lakeway for about 17 years.

Your Ticket is admission and serving for one person. The event will last approximately 1.5 hours followed by a private shopping experience.
