We import only the finest and freshest oils and vinegars from artisans and small batch producers from Texas, California, Chile, Australia, Spain, Greece & Italy. You can sample a wide variety of flavored oils and vinegars straight from the taps of stainless steel Fusti containers. We can then custom fill bottles of the oils and vinegars you just tasted, enabling a unique customer experience no other store in Austin, Texas can offer! All of our extra virgin olive oils are chemically tested to ensure authenticity. No additives, no chemicals and no preservatives!
