Join us as we welcome back Sommelier & Chef Pier Giorgio Manna for a demonstration and wine pairing event! Pier Giorgio Manna has been involved in the restaurant business since 1964. He has owned and operated several restaurants in northern Italy, for approximately 25 years. He is also a certified Professional Sommelier and is instrumental in helping Con' Olio select some of our finest wines!
Chef will demonstrate 3 different recipes, teach you the history of each, and why these are some of the most enjoyable dishes in the Italian repertoire. Sip and snack your way through the different regions of Italy.

Event start time is 5pm. Doors will open at 4:45pm
Your Ticket is admission and serving for one person. The event will last approximately 1.5 hours. Ticket-holders will receive a confirmation email within 24 hours before the event with full details.

- Rebooking or class credit=if notified between 48-24 hours before class
