Summer Peach Balsamic vinegar
I have been using Summer Peach as my sole salad dressing for several years. It enhances every salad I have ever tried it on. The fresh taste and slightly sweet addition is just what a salad needs. Recently, a Con’Olio person suggested I add Jalapeño infused Olive oil. When I did I was surprised that the spicy and slightly tangy taste was a welcome Addison to my summer peach. Now I carry both in my purse, so that I will have my own low cal dressing whenever I want a salad.

I love the peach balsamic vinegar, it makes anything you put it on taste fresh and summery. I enjoy the vinegars I order mainly on my toss salads at dinner time but have found that if I enjoy the flavor of the vinegar, I can use it on most any food item and it will enhance the flavor.
