Flavor: The Blenheim Apricot variety is both sweet and tart with an intensely floral aroma of honeysuckle flowers. We’ve married the lovely floral characteristics of this apricot with our Ultra Premium White Balsamic. The resulting collaboration is bright, clean and absolutely delicious!
Ideas: Great with grilled chicken/poultry, pork, in sparkling water as a spritzer, as a glaze, served with cheese, for dressing cut up fruit, in marinades and dressings.

Blenheim Apricot Balsamic Vinegar
I am delighted with the fruity flavor of this vinegar and what I find with this one and other white balsamics is that they do not upset my stomach the way dark balsamics can. I would suggest to anyone who likes vinegar but has problems with other types of vinegar that they try a white balsamic.
