IDEAS: Add to any stir-fry, marinate cucumbers in Ginger & Honey - serve alone or add to salad (try water chestnuts, too). Also yellow summer squash. Fantastic on rice dishes - cold rice salad with slivered almonds.

It's a great alternative to the traditional balsamic vinegar when I want a light salad or grilled vegetables. It's not too sweet, not too acidic, and the ginger gives it a kick.
Perfect amount of sweetness!
This vinegar woks well with the garlic olive oil, but it's so good that I have been using it by itself with salads and veggies.
