Flavor saver!
After years of avoiding FODMAP foods (onion and garlic in particular) due to GI pain, I’ve been able to add garlic flavor to my cooking again b/c this high quality oil is garlic-infused - since the actual fiber of the garlic is removed I can happily be pain free and yet our meals are full of flavor! So grateful.
