Combine with Herbes de Provence and drizzle on spinach salad with grapefruit or tangerine pieces, a few Roasted French Walnut Oils and some dried cherries
Combine with Milanese Gremolata in a marinade for chicken or fish

Too bad there are only 5* ;) This is unquestionably the best balsamic ever for anything. Pity I don't have it on tap here at home ;)
A fabulous versatile vinegar with a beautiful flavor. I is white so it does not make salad greens look brown.
