4 rolls or 1 bagette, sliced/cut
2 medium tomatoes, chopped
1 head of lettuce or butter lettuce, rinsed and chopped
1/3 cup of Conolio Tuscan Herb Olive Oil
2 tbsp of Conolio White Wine Vinegar
1/2 pound of salami
1/2 pound of proscuitto
1/2 pound cheese(mozzarella, gouda, provolone, toma)
1 cup of pickles
In a small bowl mix oil and vinegar and emulsify, set aside. In a larger bowl, toss lettuce, tomato and onion, then drizzle with vinaigrette.
Slice baguette or rolls in half, layer meat and cheese, top with salad mixture and pickles. Close sandwiches, wrap, then serve!
