Barrel Aged Raspberry Balsamic Vinegar

This luscious, full-bodied Balsamic Vinegar entices with the natural essence of succulent, ripe raspberries. It's a harmonious fusion of sweetness and tartness. Made with our traditional balsamic vinegar of Modena and raspberries.

PAIRS WELL WITH: Vegetables, fruits, salads, pork, poultry 

OIL COMBINATIONS: Basil, Orange, Chipotle, Gremolata, Harissa, Lemon, Persian Lime, Herbes de Provence, Roasted French Walnut Oil

SUGGESTIONS:

Simmer to create a glaze for chicken breast, adding a touch of oregano, grape jelly, and black pepper

Blend with Basil EVOO and drizzle over baby greens, goat cheese, and toasted pecans

Reduce to a syrup for pancakes, waffles, or French toast

Mix with Herbes de Provence EVOO and drizzle over fruit skewers

Our balsamic is free from caramel coloring, added sugars, or thickeners, and is aged in wooden barrels following the traditional Solera Method in Modena, Italy.
