Sweet-tart with lovely vanilla notes from real vanilla beans, this shrub blends our apple cider vinegar with fresh, hand-picked plums and a dash of sugar. We've planted plum trees here on the farm too, though they won't bear fruit for a few years yet.
How to use it: With sparkling water, your favorite mixer, or drizzled on freshly cut fruit—plums, apricots, or nectarines.
Packed in a glass bottle and finished with a cork—like a bottle of wine!
