My first foray into flavored oils was with the Organic Garlic Olive Oil. Game. Changer. The smell is intoxicating and the flavor is deep and fresh. Used this first in a salad dressing (Yum!) and now use it in most Italian and Mexican dishes. Love this oil and will be finding many more uses for it.
