Strucà is a no-butter, dairy-free cake, made with extra-virgin olive oil and candied orange peels and made by Filippi Pastacceria in Zane, Italy. It is light and airy, with the delicate honey-vanilla flavor of panettone. It is topped with icing and Bari almonds. This cake is a beautiful and thoughtful holiday gift for any food-lover!
