FAQs
When will my one time box ship? Our Quarterly Subscription Boxes ship in February, May, August, and November.
- If you purchase a one time box before a new shipping month begins, your receive the most recently released box.
- If you purchase a one time box during a shipping month, you will receive the current quarter's box.
Example: Subscriptions placed in December or January will receive the November box. Subscriptions placed in February will receive the February box.
How do I get my goods | Orders will ship via UPS and you will receive an email when your order is shipped out with a tracking link.
Policies |It is the members responsibility to keep any address changes updated in the member portal before boxes are shipped (Con’ Olio is not responsible for misdirected shipments).
There is no membership fee and no refunds.
Shipping | Shipments are sent via UPS. Must have a physical address, no PO Boxes. Orders will ship the third week of each February, May, August, and November. No pickup in store for subscription boxes. All boxes will ship.
