IDEAS:

Brush on cantaloupe or honeydew melon wedges, and then top with chopped prosciutto and freshly grated Parmigiano Reggiano

Combine with Chipotle EVOO, then brush on salmon, beef, chicken, or lamb chops prior to baking or grilling

Combine with Blood Orange, Persian Lime or Porcini EVOO, then drizzle on a spinach salad with sliced water chestnuts and grapefruit slices

I Love this vinegar. The fig flavor really complements so many things.

I have used this with Blood Orange Olive oil for salads and also used it on roasted vegetables for antipasta plates.
