We will introduce you to the remarkable flavors of local raw honey and local fav Con'Olio will guide you through a tasting of world's freshest extra virgin olive oil and traditional balsamic vinegar. Along the tasting, you'll discover why freshness, craftsmanship, and authenticity make all the difference and why these foods are among the most commonly misunderstood and adulterated in the world. Honeys, olive oil, and vinegars will be thoughtfully paired with cheeses, accompaniments & dessert.
