CRISPY SMASHED POTATOES
If you’re bringing a side dish to Easter, make this.
 
Crispy smashed potatoes roasted with generous extra virgin olive oil, flaky salt, and fresh herbs. Crunchy on the outside, creamy inside… and completely addictive.
 
How to make them:
 
Boil small potatoes until fork tender.
Place on a sheet pan and gently smash with a glass.
Drizzle a generous amount of fresh extra virgin olive oil.
Add salt, pepper, and rosemary.
Roast at 425°F for 25–30 minutes until golden and crispy.
 

Finish with grated parmesan, bacon, chili flakes or a drizzle of balsamic for extra flavor.
 
Simple. Crowd-pleasing. Perfect for Easter dinner.
