Ingredients
        ●       1 pound pasta 
        ●       ¼ cup Con’ Olio Calabrian Pesto Olive Oil
        ●       1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
        ●       8 ounces fresh pecorino or parmigiana
        ●       Fresh basil leaves
        ●       Salt and pepper to taste
Directions
        1.      Cook pasta according to package directions. Reserve ½ cup of pasta water before draining.
        2.      Return pasta to the pot and toss with Calabrian Pesto Olive Oil.
        3.      Add cherry tomatoes, cheese, and a splash of reserved pasta water to create a silky sauce.
        4.      Season with salt and pepper.
        5.      Top with Parmesan and fresh basil before serving.
Serving Suggestion: Finish with an extra drizzle of Calabrian Pesto Olive Oil just before serving for the ultimate Mediterranean flavor.
