BALSAMIC ROASTED SWEET POTATOES

Ingredients:
2-3 Sweet potatoes, peeled and cubed
4 tbsp of any Con' Olio extra virgin olive oil(we used Tunisian Baklouti Pepper)
4 tbsp of any Con' Olio Balsamic Vinegar(we used Honey Ginger)
sea salt
black pepper
How to make it:
Set oven at 400 and cook for 30-40 minutes
Roast cubed sweet potatoes with a generous drizzle of Tunisian Baklouti Chili Pepper Olive Oil, sea salt, and cracked black pepper until caramelized and tender. While still warm, finish with a light drizzle of Honey Ginger Balsamic Vinegar of Modena and a squeeze of fresh lemon. Optional add-ons: fresh herbs, feta, or toasted pecans.
Sweet, spicy, warm, and balanced—this dish works beautifully as a side, a grain bowl base, or even topped with grilled chicken or salmon.
