This is balsamic the way it’s meant to be—crafted in Modena, Italy, and aged to perfection for up to 18 years using the traditional Solera method. Each barrel—chestnut, cherry, oak, mulberry, and ash—adds its own character, layering flavor and depth over time. The result? Sweet, tangy, and complex, it delivers notes of fig, dark cherry, and wood-aged warmth that make even a simple drizzle feel luxurious.
With a 4% acidity level, it leaves the Four-Leaf Quality in the dust with its impressive natural density of 1.28+. This density is achieved naturally, without any sneaky thickeners or added sugars, thanks to an extensive aging process and cooking in copper kettles. Our balsamic vinegar is so rich, complex, and dense that it's practically a show-off making it the perfect partner to any olive oil in our collection for vinaigrettes, glazes, marinades, bread dipping, and drizzling over fruits, vegetables, or marinated meats and poultry.
Our balsamic is free from caramel coloring, added sugars, or thickeners, and is aged in wooden barrels following the traditional Solera Method in Modena, Italy.
ENJOY IT WITH: Salads, cheese boards, fruit, roasted veggies, chicken, or a scoop of vanilla ice cream.

TRADITIONAL DARK BALSAMIC VINEGAR
I love this vinegar. This is the 2nd big bottle I've purchased, and the only reason I haven't purchased more is because I don't live in Austin. However, I've just gotten a new supply via online order, which was fast and easy. This is a great vinegar!

Great Aged and Smooth Vinegar
This is exactly what I wanted in an aged vinegar. Very smooth with a slight sweetness and depth of flavor. Will keep purchasing.
