FAQs

When can I get my goods | If you sign up within a given calendar month (or have a recurring charge on a given month), you will be eligible to receive that next scheduled quarters seasonal box. For example, if you signed up in December, we will hold your order and send you the next quarterly scheduled box in February. If you signed up in February, we will send you the February Quarterly box immediately. 

When do I get billed | When you sign up for a subscription, you will have a recurring membership. Your first charge will occur on the day you sign up, and you will have a recurring charge every subsequent quarter (unless you pause or cancel your subscription)

How do I manage my subscription | After signing up, you can manage your subscription at the Con' Olio Account Login, where you can skip a quarter, pause your subscription, cancel or update billing & other account information with the click of a button!

How do I get my goods | Orders will ship via UPS or FEDEX and you will receive an email when your order is shipped out with a tracking link. 

Policies |It is the members responsibility to keep any address changes updated in the member portal before boxes are shipped (Con’ Olio is not responsible for misdirected shipments).

There is no membership fee and no refunds.

Shipping | Shipments are sent via Fedex or UPS. Must have a physical address, no PO Boxes. Orders will ship the third week of each February, May, August, and November. No pickup in store for subscription boxes. All boxes will ship.
