Mirogallo Sun Dried Tomatoes in EVOO

Delicious on their own, as a topping for crostini, in panini, on top of pizza, or tossed in farro, pasta, or rice salad. Use in stuffings and make stews or slow-cooked fish and chicken dishes such as Cacciatora style stews.
