2 cups of fresh cranberries
1 large orange
1 cup of water
3 tbsp of sugar
2 tbsp of Con' Olio Balsamic Vinegar(any flavor or our Traditional)
In a saucepan over medium heat, add sugar and water and stir until sugar is dissolved, then add cranberries and orange zest and juice. Bring to a boil for about 10 minutes(until all cranberries have popped) stirring occasionally. Add the balsamic during the last few minutes and stir, sauce will thicken, remove from heat and let cool. Refrigerate until ready to use.
