Our Garlic Olive Oil (made with California Extra Virgin Olive Oil) actually gives off the flavor of pungent, fresh garlic. Since garlic and olive oil are almost always used together in Mediterranean cooking, you can use this in just about anything.

-Combine with Traditional to drizzle on salads

-Combine with Peach for a chicken and pork marinade

-Combine with equal parts of Espresso Balsamic and Harissa EVOO for a flank steak or chicken marinade

-Use alone or with any balsamic for roasting vegetables or bread dipping

Garlic Olive Oil

I adore this oil. After having moved from Austin and the local olive oil shop closing, I find myself coming back to Con'Olio online instead of driving an hour to try something new. I so miss Con'Olio.
