To MARINATE: for each 1lb of pork or beef put 1 tablespoon of olive oil and 1 tablespoon of vinegar in a Ziploc bag with the pork, and seal. Mix contents of bag by hand so that the marinade comes in contact with all parts of the pork. For best results marinade 4 hours in the fridge or 1 hour minimum. Rotate bag halfway through the marinade cycle. Remove from the fridge 30 minutes prior to grilling to allow the pork to come to room temp. While grilling brush remaining marinade on pork!
