Marinate with our Garlic Infused Olive Oil and Cinnamon Pear Balsamic Vinegar.
To MARINATE: for each 1lb of poultry or pork put 1 tablespoon of olive oil and 1 tablespoon of vinegar in a Ziploc bag with the chicken, and seal. Mix contents of bag by hand so that the marinade comes in contact with all parts of the chicken. For best results marinade 4 hours in the fridge or 1 hour minimum. Rotate bag halfway through the marinade cycle. Remove from the fridge 30 minutes prior to grilling to allow the chicken to come to room temp. While grilling brush remaining marinade on chicken!
