GRAB YOUR PLATE:
Curbside pickup is available at both of our locations the day of the class. Usually between 2-4pm that day.
The day of the class an email with the link to the zoom class will be sent. Plan to join a few minutes prior to class time.
The class will run about 45 minutes with a 10-15 minute Q&A at the end. Feel free to join the class with or without camera on, sit back and enjoy the tasting experience!
$45 Per Plate (serves 1)

4 Tasting Cups of extra virgin olive oil-mild, medium, robust, rancid-approximately 4 oz
3 Tasting Cups of balsamic vinegar-traditional, 25 year traditional & white balsamic-approximately 3 oz
Two slices of fresh sourdough bread made local
3 cheeses to pair with balsamic-cheese TBD and each piece is 1/8 lb cut(usually a parmigiano, a cheddar and a Mitica Sardo)
