Join us for our first in a series of new monthly wine tasting classes at Con ‘Olio. We are kicking things off in style by celebrating the best of Texas! Come eat, drink and learn what makes Texas such a delicious wine destination on Friday, October 21 from 6:30 p.m. to 8 p.m. at the Bee Cave store. In honor of Texas Wine Month, this first class will have a special focus on 100% Texas wines and cheese. From bubbles to big reds, you'll enjoy four wines with special pairings of artisanal cheeses. All of your favorite wine accoutrements are also included: charcuterie, local sourdough bread, crackers, olives, Marcona almonds and more! Certified Wine Educator and Certified Sommelier Denise Clarke aka, The Texas Wine Gal, will lead the class, taking you on a journey through Texas's wine regions while sharing tips on how to taste and pair wines with cheese.
