The result is subtle and delicious corn flavor in an artisan pasta that cooks to the perfect al dente bite.

Rigatoni, one of the most popular shapes in Rome and Sicily, is a wide, thick tube pasta—also known as maccheroni—with wide ridges.

Traditionally served with Amatriciana Tomato Sauce (with pancetta), or Napoletana or Arrabbiata Sauce (with tuna).

Rustichella d'Abruzzo Organic Corn Rigatoni is produced in a completely separate gluten-free facility, away from any conventional flour contact. Each box bears the Euro Leaf logo, guaranteeing it certified organic by the European Union and the Controllo e Certificazione Prodotti Biologici (CCPB).
