    and is prized for its creamy, floral notes and sweet juicy flesh.  We've paired our crisp, white balsamic, aged up to 12 years with the floral notes of the superlative Alfoos for an amazing flavor sensation.
    COMPLEMENTS: dressing, vinaigrettes, chicken, shrimp, pork or poultry
    OIL PAIRINGS: Picual, Arbequina, Persian Lime, Harissa, Blood Orange, Lemon, Baklouti, Tuscan Herb
    Add to salsa or ceviche
    Mix with any olive oil for glaze or marinade for chicken or pork
    Reduce and use as a topping for ice cream
    Add to a sparkling water for a refreshing drink
    Add to cocktails in place of syrups
