We are Jeff and Tabatha Conarko. Our passion has always been food & travel! In 2009 we decided to leave our corporate jobs to pursue our dream of owning our own shop and opened up Con’ Olio. We wanted to bring the highest quality and most delicious extra virgin olive oils to Austin, Texas! We really wanted to create an experience that was unlike anything else so we decided to offer the taste before you buy concept. While in our shop you can sample all 50+ EVOOs & Vinegars to ensure you know exactly what you are taking home! We are extremely passionate about fresh EVOO and aged Traditional Balsamic Vinegar and know that when you taste you will feel the same way that we do. Con’ Olio is not a chain or franchise but a family owned business! We personally sample and select each product in our store and hope that this personal touch is reflected in the quality of our products. Con’ Olio represents the unique food culture we experienced in strolling the street markets and cafes in Europe and we sincerely hope to have brought a little bit of heaven to Austin, Texas!
