This caramel is such a delightful surprise! Candy Caps are mushrooms that grow wild in Northern California, including on hills around the farm. They add these tiny mushrooms to our apple cider caramel base, making the candy taste (and smell) just like maple syrup — aptly named “Candy Cap”!  These delicious caramels are the perfect gift for the food enthusiast in your life.

All their caramels start as freshly-pressed cider from the heirloom apples they grow on their Sonoma County organic farm. They slow-cook the candies using organic sugar, local butter and cream, and freshly ground spices. They dust every caramel with their Pink Pearl Apple powder and vanilla bean sea salt to create both a delicious and beautiful treat!
