Well, holistic nutritionist, Lauren Zambito of Bare Nutrition will teach you! Come learn why you want to steer clear from store bought dressings and sauces and how to make three delicious dips instead that will make you WANT to eat those veggies.
Menu will include the following:
Cucumber slices with lemon cayenne hummus
(Lemon vinegar and cayenne olive oil)
Walnut Basil Pesto with roasted sweet potatoes
(Walnut and/or garlic oil with Neapolitan herb vinegar)
Harissa Honey Ginger glazed carrots
(Harissa oil with honey ginger vinegar)
Class will start promptly at 6:30pm
Chilled water, marcona almonds, spanish olives and artisan bread will be served as well.
