This class will run from 9am-12pm. After you have paid for the class we will call you to get your child's name, age, and any medical or dietary information.
There is always a new and exciting way to cook traditional foods we know and love, and this culinary week
of cooking challenges chef’s to create their culinary interpretation of some classics! Of course each day will
start with an introduction to basic culinary skills such as safety, cleaning and choosing menu ingredients and
get more challenging as the week progresses! All classes encourage interaction so after these chefs create and
plate, they will present their dish to each other! These are “Challenge” days that will give them an opportunity
to cook, display plating techniques and speak about their favorite items in cooking, creating and hanging out in
the kitchen.
After the chefs choose their ingredients for each menu, they will utilize new and existing skills and create deli-
cious snacks, meals and desserts with recipes and reviews printed for each day of cooking including a section
on Food Safety Tips.
MONDAY: Healthy is Happy
-Challenge: Ratatouille
-Butternut Squash Soup/Hot to Cold
-Yogurt Balsamic Ambrosia
-Drink: Lemon/Lime Sparkling Balsamic
TUESDAY: Guess Who’s Cooking Dinner
-Creating Sweet and Savory Crepes
-Chocolate Cake for 2
-Fresh Local Salad with Sweet/Savory/Hot Vinaigrettes
-Drink: Sparkling Balsamic
WEDNESDAY: Entertaining With Friends
-Creating a Bread Board for Game Board Night*! (*games not included)
-Spicy Cilantro Pesto/Pomodoro Crostini Snacks
-Challenge: Gourmet Popcorn or Gourmet Ice Cream?
-Drink: Bring it! What makes a great Smoothie? or Juicing My Way!
THURSDAY: Its a Small Food World (Con’ Olios Favorites)
-The Bento Box Redefined!
-Rancho Gordo Quinoa Salad with Balsamic Vinaigrette
-Salsas? Oh Yeah!
-Drink: Honey Ginger Tea
FRIDAY: Final Friday Challenge!
-There’s Nothing to Eat!!! A Naan Traditional Pizza
-Fruit Juice Caviar Balls
-Mixed Berry Salad with Lemongrass Mint Balsamic
-Can What you Can’t Eat! (A quick lesson on Canning)
-Drink: Chefs Choice!

Menu could change depending on local availability of goods. 
Camp may be cancelled up to 1 week prior to camp start date to receive a full refund. If cancelled within 1 week then we cannot issue a refund.
